After a romance is consummated, Isabela, Merrill and Fenris will receive a new outfit. The change is purely cosmetic. Isabela's and Fenris's outfits will change even if you break up with them immediately after sex, and they will not revert to their llamativo outfits even if you romance someone else later (you may have to add Isabela to the party and travel with her for the change to take effect). Anders's romance cutscene queues only if he kisses you at the end of his Questioning Beliefs quest. The essential Flirt options remain available even if someone else is queued (see the quest page for details), and proceeding all the way to moving in will disable all other Flirts (it is not possible to restore other romances by having Anders break up with you; the essential flirts for Isabela and Fenris are gone for good after he initially moves in.

She is all about profit and will agree with any choices you make that will net you some money. Isabela will also respond well to humour so crack a joke here and there to boost your friendship.
Execution – You need to take down the enemies that ambush you and Fenris will ask you to go with him to find Hadriana. If you accept this quest but delay in going to see Hadriana, you will be ambushed again if Fenris is still in your party. If Fenris is not in your party and you take contact me too long to get around to this quest, eventually pop up and confront you, resulting in him leaving the party. Taking too long to find Hadriana will also result in an increased rivalry dragon age 2 companions with Fenris.
Completion – When you have killed all three groups you Perro return to the Chantry and tell Sebastian what you have done.
Varric is a very easy going character, meaning it’s very hard to reach a rivalry with him. His easy nature also means you cannot lose him from your party. Varric will be there with you until the bitter end.
The way you talk to them, the decisions you make, and even the quests you choose to undertake, will all affect your relationship with them. Your actions Chucho even affect more than just your relationship, it Gozque cause them to leave your party for good.
This will also lead to a rivalry increase with Aveline and Sebastian, and contact me a small increase for Merrill and Varric. If you do not want to lose Fenris then you will have to fight. When you have killed all necessary enemies you will be rewarded with a cut scene.
